What was the situation you wanted to improve?– I was convinced that we needed to work more structured with our sales and I needed somebody who stepped in and helped me coach and develop the sales staff. My time was not enough to be a internal sales coach and I also wanted somebody with long experience to discuss the sales development with. Many times iyou are lonely at the top. I wanted increased tempo, more activities, more quality in the sales process and increased turnover.
